The Bachelor of Business Administration at BITE is a three-year management-foundation programme designed for students who want an early, structured immersion in business thinking — whether their goal is an MBA, a direct industry entry, or launching their own venture. The curriculum is MGKVP-affiliated and NEP 2020-aligned, built around six core pillars: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Entrepreneurship, and Business Analytics. Every semester moves from theory to the case-study method: students read classic Harvard and Indian B-school cases, debate alternatives, and present recommendations in front of faculty and peers. An internship in semester six is mandatory — BITE's Career Counselling Cell facilitates placements with local retail chains, banks, CA firms, logistics operators, and startups across Varanasi and Eastern UP. For students with entrepreneurial ambitions, BITE's Startup Incubation support offers guidance on business plans, local-market research, and seed-stage mentoring. The programme has 60 sanctioned seats and admits students from any 10+2 stream (Commerce, Science, or Arts) — the curriculum introduces business fundamentals without assuming prior background. BBA graduates from BITE routinely progress to MBA admission at BHU's IMS, state-university B-schools, and national programmes through CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and state-level exams. Is BBA at BITE open to Commerce, Science, and Arts students?

Yes. BBA admission is stream-neutral — students from 10+2 Commerce, Science, or Arts are eligible with a minimum 45% aggregate. The curriculum introduces core business concepts assuming no prior commerce background.

Is an internship part of the BBA programme?
