Receives and investigates complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace from any woman employee, student, or visitor. Resolution is kept strictly confidential.
Constituted under Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Committee composition complies with Section 4(2) — a senior female presiding officer, at least two internal members committed to the cause of women, and one external member from an NGO or with legal experience.

Confidentiality:all complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. The complainant's identity is never disclosed to anyone other than the committee members unless required by law or with explicit consent. Retaliation is prohibited: any victimisation of a complainant will itself be treated as a fresh offence.
