MBA Without CAT · बिना CAT एमबीए
CAT is an IIM gate, not an MBA gate. AKTU-affiliated MBA programmes — including BITE's AICTE-approved 60-seat Golden Batch — admit through UPTAC counselling on CUET-PG, and fill remaining seats by direct admission on graduation merit. No CAT score required on either path.
CAT के बिना भी AICTE-अनुमोदित एमबीए संभव है — CUET-PG/UPTAC या सीधे प्रवेश से।
Both end in the same AICTE-approved, AKTU-awarded degree — pick the one that matches the scores you hold.
What you study is identical either way: the AKTU KMBN curriculum — dual specialisation, AICTE internship, ₹1,65,000 Golden Batch total. See the full KMBN syllabus and the entrance-exam comparison.
Yes. CAT is required for IIMs and some private B-schools — but AKTU-affiliated MBA programmes admit through UPTAC counselling on CUET-PG scores, and any seats left after counselling are filled by institute-level direct admission on graduation merit. At BITE Varanasi (AICTE-approved, AKTU code 1284), both routes are open.
Fully. The degree is awarded by AKTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University), and the programme at BITE is AICTE-approved — the same regulatory class as any CAT-admitted private B-school MBA. The entrance exam does not change the degree.
The direct-admission window on vacant seats runs on graduation merit — your bachelor's percentage. If you hold a MAT, CMAT, XAT or GMAT score it strengthens your file, but it is not mandatory in that window.
The admission route doesn't change the fee: the inaugural Golden Batch (2026-27) pays ₹1,65,000 total for the two years — ₹20,000 less than the regular ₹1,85,000 structure that begins 2027-28. 60 AICTE-sanctioned seats.
Now. CUET-PG holders should register for UPTAC counselling and place BITE (code 1284) in their choices; candidates without a score should submit an enquiry so the admission team can reserve their file for the vacant-seat window that follows counselling.
