BITE Varanasi is expanding its academic team ahead of the 2026-27 session. We are looking for qualified, student-first educators across nine disciplines, and for three non-teaching colleagues to strengthen counselling and communications.

Founded in 2003 by the Purwanchal Educational Trust, BITE has spent 23 years in teacher education at Babatpur, Varanasi, and now runs 17 NEP 2020-aligned programmes with more than 5,000 alumni and 28 named faculty.

Teaching Python, Java, DBMS and AI/ML foundations across the six-semester BCA. Our 60-system lab supports parallel programming, DBMS and networking practicals.
Teaching on BITE's AICTE-approved AKTU MBA — the AKTU KMBN curriculum across four semesters, with dual specialisation and the AICTE-mandated summer internship and dissertation. The 2026-27 cohort is the inaugural batch.
GIS or Remote Sensing exposure is genuinely valued here — BITE runs a PG Diploma in Remote Sensing & GIS alongside MA Geography, including Ganga-basin fieldwork.
Teaching across B.Com and M.Com — financial and corporate accounting, taxation (Income Tax + GST), auditing and cost accounting, with CA/CS/CMA parallel-track support for students.
Pedagogical methods and curriculum design on BITE's founding programmes, including supervision of the 16-20 week school internship (400+ hours) that anchors the B.Ed. Requires five years of teaching experience and demonstrable practicum supervision, stated with numbers.
Classical and Indian sociology across BA and MA, with Varanasi-based ethnographic fieldwork built into the PG curriculum.
Literature and language teaching across the BA programme, including communication and soft-skills support for professional-programme students.
Bhakti-era through contemporary literature across BA and MA Hindi, with NET/JRF-aligned teaching at postgraduate level.
Political theory and Indian government across BA and MA, with teaching aligned to the UPSC/UPPSC Political Science optional.
Three roles supporting students and the institution beyond the classroom. These close 30 September 2026 — they are not tied to the academic session.
Running one-to-one career guidance for students across 17 programmes, delivering RIASEC aptitude assessments, and building the placement side of CareerArc. The MBA's inaugural cohort graduates into a programme whose positioning depends on its first placement outcomes, so this role carries real weight.
Owning BITE's digital presence end to end — paid campaigns on Meta and Google, organic social, campus content and video, WhatsApp broadcast, and reporting against real admission outcomes rather than vanity metrics. Also owns press and partnership outreach, which is currently the single biggest constraint on our organic search visibility.
Counselling prospective students and their parents through programme choice, eligibility, fees and scholarships across all 17 programmes, and bringing them to campus to decide. Postgraduate enquiries — MBA, M.Com and the MA programmes — are part of the brief, so the conversation has to hold up. Front-line for a cohort that arrives from across Purvanchal and Bihar, often as first-generation higher-education entrants.
