Mismatch between name on Aadhaar and 10+2 marksheet

Use the EXACT name as on your 10+2 marksheet for the application (this is the legally-binding academic name). If your Aadhaar has a different name (initials, surname order), MGKVP may flag this at document verification. Wrong photo/signature dimensions — upload rejected

Forgetting to claim sports/NCC weightage
