For applicants, what matters most is the admission module — accessible via each university's own Samarth subdomain. The login flow, document-upload requirements, and payment options are standardised across all Samarth instances, so once you've applied to one Samarth-platform university, the others feel familiar.

The login + application flow is nearly identical across every Samarth instance. Master this once and you can apply to multiple universities with minimal friction.
Use the directory tables above to find your target university's Samarth URL. Bookmark it directly — never click Samarth links from emails / SMS / WhatsApp unless you can verify the sender.
On the home page, click "New Registration." Enter your full name (exactly as on your 10+2 marksheet), date of birth, mobile number, email, and create a password. Complete the captcha and submit. Username + password will be sent via SMS and email.
Log in with the credentials sent to you. Complete your profile: personal details, address, qualifying-exam details (10+2 for UG; bachelor's for PG), category, sports/NCC/NSS achievements if any.
Universal Samarth document spec: Photograph <500 KB, Signature <500 KB, Educational documents <1024 KB, Category / Experience certificates as required. JPG or PDF as the portal specifies per field.
Click "Select Programmes" and pick the programmes you want to apply for (most Samarth instances allow multiple programme preferences per application). Pay the registration fee via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking — the payment gateway is government-grade.
Review and submit your final application. Download the confirmation PDF — print one copy for your records and counselling.
