MGKVP Exam Calendar 2026 — All Dates in One Place

Per the official MGKVP Admission Brochure 2026-27 and the deadline notifications on mgkvpadmission.samarth.edu.in, the final deadline is 10 June 2026. There were six prior waves (25 Apr, 6 May, 11 May, 18 May, 21 May, 27 May) as the university progressively extended the window for late applicants. After 10 June 2026, registrations close and the focus shifts to counselling.

Tentative counselling window per the brochure: 10 June – 10 July 2026. Round 1 (seat allotment by rank) runs first, followed by Round 2 (waiting-list and spillover), and finally a Spot/Round 3 for remaining vacant seats. Exact dates are notified on mgkvp.ac.in once registrations close.

MGKVP follows a two-semester academic year. Odd semester (1st/3rd/5th/7th) theory exams are usually in late November to mid-December; Even semester (2nd/4th/6th/8th) exams are typically mid-April to end-May. Practicals are scheduled in the 2 weeks preceding theory exams. Time-tables are released department-wise on mgkvp.ac.in approximately 30 days before the exam window.

Odd-semester (Nov-Dec) results are typically released in February–March. Even-semester (Apr-May) results come out in July–August. Results are published on the JANHIT portal (janhit.mgkvp.ac.in) and on mgkvp.ac.in. Our /mgkvp-results-2026 guide walks through the JANHIT login flow step-by-step.

Yes. Per the MGKVP PG Admission Brochure 2026-27, admission to MBA and MCA programmes requires a valid CUET (PG) 2026 score-card uploaded with the application on mgkvpadmission.samarth.edu.in. CUET (PG) 2026 was conducted by NTA between 13 March and 31 March 2026; results were published in April 2026.

The UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination 2026 was conducted in April 2026 by Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (the official conducting body for the cycle). Results were declared in May 2026. State counselling rounds run from June to August. Candidates choose their preferred B.Ed college (BITE included — we are an MGKVP-affiliated B.Ed college since 2009) based on rank during counselling.

Per the MGKVP academic calendar, the 2026-27 session starts in July 2026 for most UG programmes, with induction and orientation completed by mid-July and regular classes commencing late July. Professional programmes (B.Ed, B.P.Ed, D.El.Ed, MBA, MCA) start once state counselling concludes — typically late July to mid-August.

Distance and open-learning programmes are administered through the Directorate of Distance Education / IDOL with separate deadlines published on mgkvp.ac.in under the DDE section. Department-wise exam time-tables are published on mgkvp.ac.in under the "Examination" section approximately 30 days before each exam window. Result notifications go to janhit.mgkvp.ac.in. After the 10 June 2026 final deadline, online registration closes for the 2026-27 UG cycle. Some seats may open up via Spot Counselling (Round 3) in early July if vacancies remain after Round 1 and Round 2 allotments. Spot counselling is open to candidates with valid documents on a first-come basis. If you miss this cycle entirely, the next intake is 2027-28 with registration typically opening in April 2027.
