BITE conducts internal teaching, attendance, and internal-assessment for all 15 MGKVP-affiliated programmes. The final semester results, marksheets, and degree certificates are issued by MGKVP's Examinations Section (Controller of Examinations: Smt. Dipti Mishra · contexam@mgkvp.ac.in) and published on the JANHIT portal. If a published result has an issue (totalling error, re-evaluation request, missing subject), the request must be raised with MGKVP directly. BITE's admin office can help route the request but cannot change a published result.

Go to https://janhit.mgkvp.ac.in/Home/Login. The portal is mobile-friendly; use any browser on phone or laptop.

Enter your enrollment number
Your MGKVP enrollment number is issued at admission time (printed on your BITE ID card and on every prior-semester marksheet). It looks like a multi-digit code, e.g. 23BCA-XXXXX.

Enter date of birth
Use the same date of birth that was on your 10+2 marksheet at admission. Format follows the prompt on the portal (typically DD/MM/YYYY).

Once logged in, your published semester results appear on the dashboard. Click “Download Marksheet” for the digitally-signed PDF. Save a backup; the portal occasionally rotates session links.

If a result needs review (re-evaluation / scrutiny)

MGKVP accepts re-evaluation and scrutiny requests within a 15-30 day window after each result publication. The application form is downloadable from mgkvp.ac.in and also available at the BITE administrative office. A prescribed re-evaluation fee per subject applies (varies by programme). The revised result is published on JANHIT once the scrutiny is complete.

Where are MGKVP semester results published?

No. BITE does not publish or process MGKVP results. All semester results, mark sheets, and degree certificates are issued by MGKVP's Examinations Section and published on the JANHIT portal. BITE's role ends at conducting internal classes and submitting attendance + internal-assessment marks to MGKVP. If you have queries about a published result (re-evaluation, totalling error, missing subject), the request must be made directly to the MGKVP Examinations Section — BITE staff can guide you on the form but cannot change the result.

What if my result is not showing on JANHIT after the announced date?

Possible reasons: (1) MGKVP releases results department-wise — your department's result may be in a later batch even after the headline date; (2) your enrollment record may have an internal hold (unpaid fee, pending document); (3) the portal is heavily loaded immediately after release (try at off-peak times). If the result is still not visible 7 days after the announced date, raise a query through MGKVP's Examinations Section (contexam@mgkvp.ac.in, +91-9452092149). BITE's admin office can also help route the query.

Which exams have already been conducted for the 2025-26 session?

Per timetables issued by the MGKVP Controller of Examinations: BCA IV & VI Semester ran 16-30 April 2026 (2pm-4pm); B.Ed IV Semester ran 02-08 May 2026 (1pm-4pm); UG (B.A., B.Sc, B.Com) IV Semester is running 05-30 May 2026 (2pm-4pm); B.P.Ed II Semester is scheduled for 20-28 May 2026 (10am-1pm). Results for these are typically published 6-8 weeks after the last paper, so expect UG IV Sem results from late July 2026 onwards.
